"In my garden there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The thoughts grow as freely as the flowers, and the dreams are as beautiful." (~Abram L. Urban)
I have Morning glory too this summer. Its just a pity I can see the flowers only in the morning and I dont have much time to admire them cause I have to go to work. You have a nice place for it.
Maria, It took ages for it to reach the top.It also does not flower en masse, it has a few flowers which last a day, before flowering somewhere else the next day.It has shown me that the arch can be a centre point if i plant some climbers for next year.I look forward to your morning glory pics.
That arch can definitely be a showstopper--it makes me wonder where I will end up when I duck underneath! I love garden temptations like that.
Thanks blackswamp girl.I never thought of the archway as a place to go onto somewhere else.Like the wardrobe in the lion witch and wardrobe.Where will the arch take you?To a healing garden somewhere with waterfalls, ponds, lillys, and a chorus of frogs.. Maybe the mind is the best place to travel.
