Hi David,
Those wildflowers look happy to be growing there in a spot of sunlight.
They are growing at the base of a red brick wall just on one side of the archway.The Flats are above the hollowed arch so cars can drive through from Westgate.
I will take flowering beauty wherever I can find it :)
