Thanks Biby Cletus, hope you drop by soon..
KC MO guy,I love the early morning tranquility with the sun rising and casting a fresh light on the sleepy streets. My starlings were hopping around, and a lot of pidgeons eating kebabs and chips.
I have started waking and getting up at 6am.Its good for the soul!

Nice picture, Snappy! Really captures the lighting and feel of the morning time...although I prefer to spend it studying the inside of my eyelids!

I just LOVE this photo!!! I've never been a morning person as I worked the night shift for many years (we have something in common, I'm a nurse, too!). But lately I've been doing some day shifts and sitting on my screened porch for few minutes in the morning before I have to go to work. It's so peaceful before everyone gets up and ruins it!! :) Have a great day!

Hey, Snappy, I'm the anonymous from up above... I wondered why? I like being a lot of things, but anonymous isn't one of them! Come visit!

Hi Lisa,I have been known to like my bed lots too.The funny thing is now I wake up early (5am today) even when im not working. When i do work days i am up at 530am generally. The light wakes me too i think.
Hey Gardenmomma (Chris) We are kindred spirits.Gardeners and nurses too.I will drop by soon. There is a gentleness to early mornings when only the workers are moving around.Westgate is not known for its tranquility especially on a friday/saturday night. The sunlight softens the edges of the paving, and the beautiful buildings look radiant.
Hi Blackswamp girl,I have taken over 200 photos so far, gone through 8 batterys (need some rechargeable ones) in playing with the camera.
The sun rising pic was on the mobile phone one.Its easier to carry about for impromptu snaps.
I am a visual person now, thanks to blogging.A picture is worth a thousand words is true i think :)
