I haven't looked up passion flowers on tinternet Dave, but the flower picture you have, the flower closed up and a different one opened today. Are passion flowers supposed to do that?
Look up passion flower on google. there are sites dedicated to the passion flower family.
Does anyone know how long flowers last on the plant?are they really as shortlived as poppies?or do they randomly open and close?
My lilies are budding and blooming too, here in northern California! I'll try to post pics soon.
We are kindred plant spirits with Chinese ground orchids, and lillies.. 12,000 miles apart :) I will look forward to your photos.Mine have a deep pink bud now, the colours of the buds are turning slowly..
