..Is turning a humble common wildflower into a alcoholic liquird. The Dandelions are out in flower now all along the roadsides, and in wasteground. I am working early but will over the next few days collect some flower heads for wine making. I have made it in 2006 and 2007.My recipe is in the blog somewhere, and is googled a few times. I myself has to google for it a few years back.

There were lots of different recipes but I wanted an old fashioned one without the chemicals. It can be made as complicated as you want it too with specialist equipment. Mine will be made with a saucepan, a bucket, and the glass demijohn!
I hope it turns out okay, but it will be a year before I can know..
