Orchids Growing on...





The most advance Bletilla Striata growing nicely, it nearly has leaves :)
















The chinese ground orchid, in sunny Wakefield, west yorkshire miles away from south east Asia.

Thanks Sylvana, long time no hear.I like your garden pictures on your blog.I will gladly post flower pics when they come into flower.They have been slow growing so far though.I need to track through my blog to work out when I potted the bulbs up..
Maria,I am eager to see them too.The Asiatic lillys will flower first I think.They were very quick to develop into the plants now bigger than the ceramic pot.I want those mice from the flower shop.They are lovely!
Britt,I saw an Orchid at the hospital (A Phelaenopsis) and looked them up on google.I bought the Bletilla bulbs from Sutton as they are suppossed to be easy to care for Orchid.Then I found the Jewel Orchid already grown in a pot in homebase so i took it home.Now it is flowering.The white flowers look like angels.I will post some photos today.:)
