Prime Suspect


The Prime suspect in my chewed Catnip Sixhills Giant Plant, Black spot Cat.... She is black with a white bib, with a black spot in the centre of her chest. I said that this lady cat loved roses, but cant grow them with a name like Black spot!
She has the air of being caught...What Catnip?I was just sniffing the plants delicous Aroma...the tips just dropped off...Purrrfect plant...

Thanks Joy,Black Spot looks quite angelic in the photo.Butter would not melt in her mouth.I love cats too, but Cats and Garden Birds dont do well together..

Ah, she definitely looks guilty to me!!! I should know, I have two tomato-eating dogs, so I know that, "who, me? I-didn't-do-it"-look very well! So well I had to build a fence around the veggie garden this month! Good luck with that Catnip!

Hi Diana,The idea of a protective layer around the plant occured to me.Black Spot was climbing over my fence this morning before running off to the end of the alley.I know they use Catnip in toys for cats, but never realised its allure to passing felines.Esp that they would eat the plant for a catnip high!
I hope you give your dogs some tomatos that they didnt steal..
