Beautiful! I'm glad to see that someone else "floats" roses. My grandma always did it when I was younger back home, but even my gardening friends up here look at me strangely when they see them at my house. I guess they are more used to seeing them in bouquets?
maybe blackswampgirl, i did it because the bloom lasts longer.I saw a program before with a big bowl displaying cutblooms.What i needed was a lit candle to go with the rose.
