Thanks Horizon, it is very mild.I want it to get colder though to encourage my spring bulbs to grow next year.Like your conkers post, and the Flanders field reading..

Nice pictures, as always. :) I love that anemone bud--is it just as pretty in flower? I'm not familiar with it, so I hope that you post more pictures!

Yes, it is a strange November here, too. I slogged my way through the rain to the green house yesterday and I saw 2 Rhododendrons blooming on my way. A miracle, ha, ha!

Uk Bob, its only a few weeks away so it might be possible..
Blackswamp girl as long as they keep flowering i will photograph them. This is the first year i have grown them. They have flowered intermittantly for months.I have a pot on the kitchen windowsill too,Late developers from the big green pot rescued..
Faira it has been so mild for november. So things are flowering for longer than usual. The frosts normally kill off summer flowers,

The Anemone de caen Hollandia is beautiful! What a great photo you were able to get.

I love the photo too Karen. It is a great way of preserving how good a flower or plant looks. In years to come I can look at my roses or busy lizzies or borders and see how they looked.
Nostalgia like during the winter when the garden is sleeping!!
