The biggest chilli pepper plant growing on the kitchen windoswill by the radio. The Chilli plants love classic FM on the radio. Its hoping for a newer, more well lit kitchen to grow on.
I get to go to work now for thirteen hours, on my long day :)

Is this your first time growing chili peppers? If not have you ever produced anything from them. I would like to have some sort of veggie but not sure about my space issue. Oh I wish that we were all able to have large house and gardens to put all the plants we want in.
I hope you find your dream place. 13 hour long day does not sound fun. What do you do to work 13 hours a day?
Hi Vanillalotus,I have never grown chilli peppers before this year.I was inspired to buy them from tatton park flower show (from Robinsons Veg stand).I want to grow them primarily for cooking as i love spiced food.Or my taste buds are expiring so im trying hotter and hotter foods!
I wish i had a small house with a big garden, but at the moment any garden is better than none.
13 hours is a long day on a medical admissions ward.It was busy but not too bad for a change!
I am a Registered nurse (RN) away from the gardens!
I'm glad to see someone else growing peppers indoors. Mine are doing well. In fact, I threw one out because I had 3 vying for the space and all grew into monster plants with at least 40 blooms each. I've already given away a bunch of peppers for a relative making salsa. I pollinate the blooms with a small paintbrush. Some flowers and their stems dry up and fall off. I assume these are ones I never pollinated, but I'm not really sure.
Hi Gardenista,I hope mine grow as well as yours.I have five baby plants now growing in the kitchen.I will have to look up Salsa recipies if they grow well!
