"In my garden there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The thoughts grow as freely as the flowers, and the dreams are as beautiful." (~Abram L. Urban)

Lavender Dreams
Lavender always helps me sleep, either as the bubble bath I use, or crushed flowers in a tissue under the pillow. Good night Blogosphere.May your garden dreams be sweet and fragrant.
I once read somewhere about a home for the elderly that used lavender aromatherapy instead of sleeping pills with great success. Apparently, the scent stimulates the delta waves associated with sleep on an EEG. Fantastic looking plant too!
Thats cool Gardenista.Lavender is the most potent garden herb, and has performed well in Lab tests.Other herbs fail to do what they are supossed to do.Thousands of years of history gives Lavender its appeal, and sleep inducing propertys.
