Normally not in flower.I remember its name then it slips again.Its Hebe Pascal i think. I was going to move it but the roots are so anchored to the earth its stayed in the corner.It was trod on by next doors kids as a quick route to their garden.It has survivied, and now flowered wanderfully.
Ahhh! Now I know what a Hebe looks like.
