I'm surprised the slugs didn't eat these. You're very lucky.
They are doing their best to eat them all before i can have a salad.
I have made carrot and coriander soup from my kitchen grown coriander.And tomato and Basil soup with kitchengrown basil.
I want at least one salad with fat leaves that the slugs have not eaten.
